We founded HAPPY BABY BOUTIQUE with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. PRODUCTS: Happy Baby Boutique is a mixture between an ecommerce store and a physical store. Some of our products are sent directly to our costumers from the manufacturers, some others directly from us. Please take note that packaging may differ between orders.
Each item is certified organic - labeling will differ according to its factory of production. If you are purchasing a gift and want to request a gift packaging with a personalized message card, please send us a short enquiry to info@hbabyboutique and we will be happy to accommodate your request free of charge. Please be aware that time of dispatching may increase if you place a packaging request.
DELIVERY: Each order can take between 10 and 20 business days to be delivered Worldwide. Estimated delivery to Australia between 10-14 business days.

RETURN: All Return or Exchange Items must be in the original condition with tags attached and must be returned within 28 days.
